To Set your Legend Position and Options
1. From your Customer, Supplier, Nominal Ledger or Product Record window, click Graphs.
2. If the legends are not shown on the Graphs tab, click Tools to open the Tools menu, then choose the Legend and Series Legend options. Alternatively, choose the Legend option and the Series Legend option from the Graphs toolbar.
The legends appear on your chart.
3. Move the pointer to a legend then click the right mouse button.
The Legend menu appears.
4. To position your legend on the chart, choose either the Left, Right, Top or Bottom option. The legend moves to the selected position. Alternatively, double-click on a legend, then drag the legend to the position required.
5. To set your legend options, choose the Options item from the Legend menu.
The Legend Options window appears.
6. Enter your legend options.
7. To save your options, click OK.
8. To return to the Graphs tab without setting the legend options, click Cancel.
The legend is moved to the position selected and is given the characteristics you defined.
